What does it mean when a product is available for pre-order?

When an item is listed for pre-order, it means we’re crafting that batch fresh — not pulling from a studio shelf. Pre-ordering lets you reserve your products before they’re made so your skincare is at its peak freshness when it arrives.

Which products can I pre-order?

We currently offer pre-orders for our three signature serums —Morning Lumière, Raw Radiance, and Timeless Bloom. Product availability may vary each month as we keep things small, intentional, and fresh.

Why is HCS Skin moving to pre-orders?

We believe skincare should be crafted with care, not rushed. Pre-ordering helps us reduce waste, make smaller, fresher batches, and keep our ingredient quality high while honoring sustainable production.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another once it ships — typically around or before the stated ship-by date. Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Do pre-orders qualify for free local shipping?

Yes. If you’re located in one of our select Brevard County cities and use your local shipping code at checkout, your pre-order ships free.

Shipping & Local Delivery

Do you ship outside of Florida?

Yes — we currently ship throughout the U.S. All orders are carefully packaged and sent from our studio in Brevard County, Florida.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for select Brevard County cities with the code LOCALHEART. All other U.S. orders ship at a flat rate to keep costs simple.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For in-stock items, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. For pre-orders, refer to your product’s specific ship-by date.

Can I pick up my order locally?

We don’t currently offer pickup, but we’re exploring local partners for future pickup options.

Product Integrity & Ingredients

Are your products really “clean”?

We don’t use the word “natural” because it’s been watered down. Our focus is transparency — every ingredient we use has a reason to be there, and none that don’t.

Where are your products made?

All products are crafted in small batches by trusted Florida-based partner studio. We partner with other small woman-owned makers who share our ingredient integrity and quality standards.

Do you use synthetic fragrances or dyes?

Never. We only use plant-based or natural ingredients that are safe, gentle, and effective for sensitive skin.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on skincare. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days — we’re here to help make it right.
